Band instruction & rehearsals:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 - 8:30 pm

REGISTRATION NIGHT is mid-September each year, on a Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:30pm.

For $40.00 per month plus a $50.00 registration fee you get:
approximately 16 hours of musical instruction per month, including 8 hours of individual instrument instruction and 8 hours of group instruction.

We provide the instrument/flag and uniform.

You also get 3 week-end band camps and of course a 10-14 day tour in the summer.

The Edmonton Sabers Marching Band is an award-winning marching band.  It is open to children 6 to 16 years old. No previous musical experience is required. 

Instruction on clarinet, flute, trumpet, low brass, saxophone, percussion, and colourguard is led by qualified educational instructors. 

From September to June, our rehearsals are held Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional weekend workshops throughout the year. The yearly tour is generally scheduled for the first two weeks of July.

Parent participation is encouraged -- Take on a Board position, chaperone events, volunteer at bingos, help build props, and more. A points system is in place to provide incentive to make Band a family affair.
